We bought our 2011 Countryman with Armond at South Bay and initially I had thought that the experience was pretty good.

In the follow-up to the purchase of our car, I have now reached nearly double figures of the amount of times our salesperson, Armond has told us we HAVE to give him all 10s and 100% in the survey when it arrives. It has gotten to the point of being ridiculous. Also, even though he assured us that given we already had credit - they would not run our credit and only needed to have us sign a paper which referred to credit for their records - I have since recieved a slew of letters regarding our request for credit for the vehicle. This will impact our credit score now and I am pretty furious. Given we addressed this specifically, I think everyone should be aware of this practice as this combined with the harrassment about the survey and the fact we had to return a long distance for the delivery has made what could have been an acceptable purchase into one which was in retrospect a bit of a nightmare.
