SCMM Constitution and Bylaws

All -

When the SoCal MINI Maniacs was formed back in 2003 its founders created a club Constitution and a set of Bylaws to govern it.  The SCMM Constitution and Bylaws can be found at the following link:

Note: The current document has aged well, but there are some items in it (such as recurring Annual Dues) that have not been kept properly amended.  As such, an effort will be undertaken to amend the Constitution and Bylaws document to bring it up to the currently-accepted state of club rules and practices.
